David Holland

Skilled Facilitator From The Tech Industry

David Holland specializes in facilitation and enjoys mediations impacting teens. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from Ohio State University and a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from University of Southern California. In 2006, he completed Basic Mediation training as outlined by the state of Colorado. He uses this skill set as a volunteer in various programs around the state. David’s 14 years of managerial experience in the high-tech industry gave him the knowledge to understand the importance of conflict management and leadership. David was responsible for leading staff to deliver against very-demanding time schedules. David enjoys “recycling” his experiences gained in the corporate environment by engaging with various non-profit and community-based organizations to help them increase their effectiveness in achieving their objectives. David and his wife married in 1988. The two of them have been involved with foster-care since and have touched the lives of over a dozen foster kids.
