Toni is a member of the OvalOptions panel and specializes in divorce/separation, landlord/tenant, workplace, sexual harassment and general litigation/commercial matters. She brings 35 years of combined professional experience as a civil litigation and employment lawyer, human resources/corporate executive and alternative dispute resolution practitioner to her current mediation practice.

After years of witnessing the high costs and mostly adverse impacts of prolonged litigation on those involved, Toni shifted her focus to mediation to provide parties with a cost-effective and more satisfying way to resolve conflict. Along with her formal mediation training, Toni brings a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from representing both corporate and individual clients, problem solving as an executive at a Fortune 500 company, as well as mediating countless cases.

In addition to her private practice, Toni volunteers with Denver Court Mediation Services and Jefferson County Mediation Services (JCMS). She received the JCMS Divorce and Parenting Mediator of the Year Award in 2013 and 2014 and its Workplace Mediator of the Year Award in 2016.

Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in economics with honors from Stanford University and a Juris Doctorate from Berkeley Law at the University of California, Berkeley. She clerked for the Honorable Justice Broussard of the California Supreme Court. Toni is a graduate of the Aspen Institute’s Henry Crown Fellowship Leadership Development program. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and California.
