Jennifer Runyan
Jennifer is chief operating officer of OvalOptions. She leads day-to-day operations, project oversight of key accounts, and panel scheduling. Jennifer partners with company leadership to oversee the infrastructure needed to deliver high quality mediation and training services.
She began her career in early childhood and Montessori education, which, after a detour into business administration, led to her pursuit of domestic dispute mediation. Jennifer helps families understand the root causes of issues to help them develop mutually agreeable solutions, including how to divide property and allocate parental rights. She has also developed numerous training programs, including a training for mediation on the Zoom platform.
Jennifer is a certified paralegal in Colorado and is also certified in Collaborative Conflict Management. She was recognized as Volunteer of the Year in 2019 by Jefferson County Mediation Services. Prior to joining OvalOptions, Jennifer served as the operations manager of multiple businesses and oversaw operations for a retail services company. She started her business career by owning and operating a medium-sized janitorial company.

Fun Fact:
Jennifer and her son host a video podcast called “The Color and Life Podcast,” where they discuss fiber arts. She is an accomplished knitter, spinner and weaver and has designed patterns that are available online.
