Staff members can use EFBP without the knowledge of their employer. Your company will not know who is using the services or the reason for their use. The only information the company will receive from OvalOptions is the hours used to provide ROI metric factor.
How it Works
Your company enrolls in yearly plan. During the enrollment period, any member of the staff’s family can use the above services at the 50% discounted rate (Staff = employees, managers, owners)
Enrolled company will receive a code; staff uses that code when contacting OvalOptions to apply the discount
Staff contacts OvalOptions for consultation and schedule of services (as appropriate)
Company receives a 25% company-wide discount on the above services for in-house issues (employee relations, ownership disputes, etc.)
Company also receives other discounts: 10% off Arbitration, Employment Investigation, Training, and Consulting & Management Systems
