Our Colorado Conflict Clinic (CCC) can provide immediate relief through statewide, online, fixed-fee mediation services. We’ll coordinate with your agency to efficiently resolve domestic disputes for all involved parties outside the courtroom - providing your child support agency with much needed relief from the increased caseload demands.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Most CCC mediations can be scheduled within three weeks of the first contact with OvalOptions by all parties.

• We conduct mediations on weekdays and weekends, during both daytime and evening hours.

• Our mediators can facilitate dispute resolution virtually - which helps to keep people safe.

• CCC has a vetted network of volunteer mediators trained to conduct online mediations.

• CCC charges $79 for up to two-hours of mediation for domestic cases involving the allocation of parental responsibilities or child support issues.

• We’ll work with you to ensure all mediation paperwork meets your agency’s requirements.

Our Mediation Services Options

OvalOptions can provide volunteer mediators through our CCC program to resolve disputes related to parental responsibilities and child support allocation. We have three mediation service options:

1. The agency refers clients to CCC, and the parties pay for mediation ($79 per party, for up to two hours of mediation). 

2. The agency refers clients to CCC and pays the full administration fee for all involved parties ($148 for one session up to two hours).

3. The agency enters into a contract with OvalOptions. The agency agrees to a fixed rate for an agreed-upon referral number.
