Marta is a member of the OvalOptions panel and specializes in organizational dispute resolution through leadership and conflict coaching, mediation, group facilitation and training. She works with organizations of all sizes to assist in creating solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders and improve their productivity.

Marta has specialized expertise in helping people learn the skills they need to be effective leaders – from C-level executives to new managers. She’s a trained “Boss Whisperer” and coaches people on perspective-taking, overcoming generational differences, improving communication, developing emotional intelligence, and relationship management. In addition to her conflict management practice, Marta volunteers with Jefferson County Mediation Services and was recognized with Mediator of the Year awards in 2016 and 2017.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Ombuds Services from Metro State University, Denver. Marta earned a Master of Science in negotiation and dispute resolution with a focus on organizational conflict from Creighton University.

Fun Fact:

Marta is a fifth-generation Coloradan. Her family settled in northern Colorado in the late 1800s, where they owned and operated a large cattle ranch.
