The Colorado Conflict Clinic through OvalOptions will be closing as of December 31, 2023. We are actively exploring the possibility of a non-profit organization taking over the Clinic program and continuing this valuable service in the future.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all participants, volunteers, and supporters, and will update this space with contact information for the new organization once it becomes available.

Once we process this form, please allow up to 72 hours for this, you will be sent an invoice through QuickBooks for your portion of the mediation. We will expect this fee to be paid within 1 week or we will close the case. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable even if we are unable to schedule mediation.

If we are unable to schedule mediation with the other party, you will receive a closure letter that states the details as to why mediation could not be scheduled ie, we were unable to get in contact with the other party, the other party refused, the other party would not pay their portion of the mediation. This letter can be taken to the courts to show that you attempted to fulfil a court order for mediation.

We mediate online through Zoom 7 days a week at 9am, 1pm, and 5pm. We usually schedule about 2 weeks out from the time that both party’s have paid.

Please call or email us anytime with questions about opening a case.
