Our trainings provide benefits to every individual in your organization across levels and departments. Attendees will gain skills and knowledge necessary to address conflict within their organizations and personal lives. Typical class size ranges from 8-15 people, but we can accommodate up to 25 in our office. Bringing a training to your venue is optional. We divide trainings into two categories:
Open Enrollment trainings are “off the shelf” and not specific to a client, company or organization. They are 2-hours and held in rotation per quarter, every third Thursday of the month. Check our calendar for more information.
Client Based trainings are around 4-hours and combine three essential elements in each training session: Theory, real-world application and examples, and interactive lessons. Client-based examples are infused with lessons.
We host trainings at our office building located in Wheat Ridge just south of I-70 and can accommodate up to 27 people.
We offer training modules that can be delivered “as is” or that are tailored to match the unique needs of our clients.
We publish our training and seminar schedule at the beginning of the year so that clients can plan ahead.
