Behind The Name
The majority of research in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) revolves around academic study and theories. These theories suggest that people should always sit at a round table — both literally and figuratively. That all decision makers should be present, and power and other factors should be balanced evenly among all participants in the process.
While this is something to strive for, we recognize that each conflict is unique and may require some tweaking of established norms–or theories. After all, King Arthur’s round table had its problems. It is our job to work with our clients to secure the most realistic and appropriate resources and thereby the most appropriate solutions. With these factors in mind, we chose an Oval to represent our company and the processes we use to more accurately display the imperfections of the world in which we work.
And Options are what we offer our clients. We offer more than one type of service through from a varied spectrum. Consumers don’t often research our services before they find themselves in conflict, that’s part of our job. When in conflict, it be difficult to take the time to consider options.
