Multiple Services to Handle Various Situations

We offer several services under the umbrella of Conflict Management. This affords us the ability to match our clients’ needs with the most appropriate method to address their situation. Based on in-depth conversations with our clients, we propose one or more, or a combination, of the following:

  • Calibration: An in-depth look into the internal functions and operations of your business. Depending on the structure, which is shaped by various factors from the client, the calibration may include:
    • Assessments of:
      • Team cohesion and communication
      • Barriers to each
      • Strength and process of vertical and horizontal communications
      • Existence, salience, and effects of disptues
      • Suggestions and grievances structure/plan
      • Relationship of business partners, staff, and investors
    • Private interviews
    • Group discussions
    • Summary of findings with recommendations
  • Mediation: An open discussion between disagreeing parties managed by a third party mediator who facilitates communication, seeks clarity in understanding, allows perspectives and concerns to be voiced and advocates for the process. Mediators do not render judgments or binding solutions
  • Facilitation: Similar to mediation with a few differences. It is designed for groups of three people or more; a disagreement may or may not exist for convening a facilitation; is adaptable to the clients’ proposed or desired outcome
  • Arbitration: Similar to mediation. The difference being the arbiter renders a binding solution to which the parties must adhere
  • Coaching: One-on-one tutoring of communication and conflict management skills. Coach will assess client’s strengths and weaknesses with interpersonal interactions, help them understand where and how they can improve, and advise them on specific situations.  Coaching is tailored to each client, who may request focused assistance or general improvement. For example, one client may desire to hone and improve leadership skills, while another may want to increase ability to recognize and address disputes in the workplace. In some cases where a dispute is ongoing we recommend coaching in conjunction with mediation
  • Training: Like coaching, but for groups. Can be customized for specific needs and requests. Our core portfolio of trainings includes:
    • Sexual Harassment
    • Dealing with Difficult People
    • Inter-generational Tension
    • Psychology of Conflict
    • Having Those Uncomfortable Conversations
    • Trademarks and Logos Infringement
  • VENTIT: An external resource for businesses and organizations to investigate complaints, advise management of situations, and offer methods for addressing disagreements and disputes. Separate from the client’s internal protocols and programs to allow for candid feedback and comments.
