We discuss what conflict is, conflict styles, personality types, stress and other factors that impact the ways that people interact with one another. Participants will leave this training with a greater understanding of their personal conflict styles and how to better manage interactions with people who have differing styles.
Dealing with Difficult People
Dealing with Difficult People: This workshop discusses traits of difficult people and offers participants tips on how to work with and improve their relationships with “difficult” people. This training is modified to focus on the needs of the group and can address difficult clients, employees, supervisors, co-workers, family members or any combination.
This course examines the difference between a manager and a leader, and provides vital leadership skills. The agenda includes leadership styles, how leaders manage conflict and tips for staying motivated.
Working with Low, Middle & High Performers
This training is intended for supervisors to help them improve the work habits of each type of employee. We discuss how to address and encourage low performers, how to improve the work of middle performers and how to keep and encourage high performers.
This course teaches participants the basics of negotiation. We discuss different theories of negotiation and how they can be applied in the real world. Participants will gain tips on how to negotiate with everyone from significant others to salesmen to bosses and co-workers.
This course teaches the most vital and basic aspects of conflict resolution – communications. Participants will learn skills such as active listening, reframing and paraphrasing that will help to manage and prevent conflict.
This course is intended for leaders and managers. Participants will discuss what drives cultural change and how change can lead to conflict. The agenda includes the different types of conflicts, as well as tips for leaders on how to address each type of conflict.
