Mark Loye is the Executive Director of Jefferson County Mediation Services and a Principal at OvalOptions for Conflict Resolution, LLC. He has 31 years of experience as a professional in dispute-resolution in areas such as multi-party environmental and public policy, land use, business, EEO/workplace, divorce and child custody, real estate, and task force and group facilitation. He has been an EEO mediator under the U.S. Postal Service’s REDRESS program in the Colorado-Wyoming District for more than 20 years. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree in biology (Stanford) a graduate degrees in ecology (Cornell) and public administration (University of Denver), as well as over 500 hours of varied conflict resolution training. He has conducted training seminars in dispute resolution for the federal government, local governments, businesses, the U.S. Postal Service, private training organizations, community groups and at professional conferences.
