Description

This seminar will focus primarily on personal, managerial and root aspects of sexual harassment to help better equip breweries in addressing and preventing such instances. This seminar is geared toward management and ownership of small- to medium-sized breweries that may not have staff dedicated in HR, however representatives from any size brewery will see benefit.

Seminar will be delivered by Antonia Ozeroff. Ms. Ozeroff is our lead investigator and a senior mediator for OvalOptions. She has 30 years of combined professional experience as a civil litigator and employment lawyer, human resources / corporate executive and alternative dispute resolution practitioner. Ms. Ozeroff is a graduate, with honors, of Stanford University (B.S. Economics) and of Boalt Hall Law School, University of California, Berkeley (J.D.). She is a graduate of the Aspen Institute’s Henry Crown Fellowship Leadership Development program. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and California.
